Diagnosed with MS, What Should I Tell an Employer?

I have received a diagnosis recently with MS, but I function between 90 and 95%. I would prefer to be forthcoming in my disability, however my husband, who is a VP, stated that it would not be a wise move. I know it is not required by law to disclose, but I am a firm believer in honesty. I do not regard favoritism or pity well, I would rather be factual, as that is how I deal with my disability at this time. Would you recommend disclosing and if you do, what stage of the interview process?
