Behavioral-based interviewing focuses on past performance and behaviors, and will allow you the chance to showcase your skills, abilities and knowledge by providing specific examples from your previous experiences. Generally, interviews are not difficult but if you are not prepared, they can prove to be quite challenging or even unsettling.
