Assisted Living Director Position
Covenant Home of Chicago, a non profit Assisted Living Facility located on the north side of Chicago, is seeking a full time Director to oversee the daily operations of the residence. Duties include staff management and supervision, resident assessments, budgeting, community relations, billing, payroll, on-call rotation, staff education and training and adhering to all state and federal regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Advanced Degree Preferred, Experience in working with senior population, senior housing and/or senior programming preferred. Strong communication skills; prior supervisory/management experience required; established time management skills; established business acumen; car required.
