Evanston/Skokie Valley Senior Services, operated by North Shore Senior Center, is seeking a Program Supervisor to supervise 9 case managers who work with seniors in Evanston and Niles Township. In addition to coordination of the Community Care and Choices Program, the agency provides counseling, case management and support groups for residents who are 60 or older and their caregivers.
Requirements:
Master`s degree, LCSW preferred, 2 years geriatric casework experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of community resources, good interpersonal and organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural diversity. E.O.E.
